Welcome to Child Research at Rutgers, Newark!

How do infants and young children learn about the world around them? Help us find out by participating in a 30-minute study at one of the Child Research Labs at Rutgers University in Newark!

In a typical visit, your child will sit on your lap while we show him or her various pictures or videos on a screen. Older children typically play a computer game or read a story book. Children find our studies fun and interesting, and parents do too!

We currently have three Child Research Labs at Rutgers.
